to Faffywaffy I think that you are being overly pessimistic about the entire event. CCP is trying to test some mechanics/formats that would work for EvE online in eSports. I don't think that it would ever be as big as Dota, LoL or Starcraft, but...

Ronin points are correct. GM ruled, that if they don't turn up, it count's as if they fielded 50points. Besides, it was not our fault, so no point in harming team, that actually turns up.
